Lesson 13

The growing liberalism and skepticism of the 19th century, gave rise to significant controversies within Protestant denominations in the 20th century. The result was a battle for control of those denominations, between conservative Christians who believed the Bible and progressives who did not. True believers sought to be faithful in contending earnestly for the faith. For us today, the question remains the same:  Will we be faithful as followers of Christ in our generation of church history?
